Angel Sharks a member of the 101incubator.com 2020 startup class with our Covid pandemic starting February 28th,2020 all in-person meetings and travel was called off. The 101Incubator gave us an IT Grant for two years. All meetups have been over Zoom for the last two years and Recently our IT grant was Extended by 101incubator to carry us as a company until the year 2025. Angel Sharks Benefit Corp has now been Formed in January 2022 as a California Benefit Corp. We’ve chosen to continue operating online with virtual meetups until our University partners and Commercial vendors start live meetups again. Most everything will continue with our IT Advantage as a Facilities free entity our Carbon Footprint is quite small.
As of July 11th Angel Sharks and its Partners have reaffirmed their intentions to continue in the XPRIZE CARBON Recovery Competition.
